My guess is the issue is a missed configuration. Try running a network scan and see if what happens.
ZigbeeExplorer: Absolutely agree — I had the same issue and got it working by recreating the automation. Took me forever to find that configuration option.

Just finally figured it out! I just needed to configuring the MQTT broker properly. Wish I'd known earlier.
